make you a singer.

The same musicians that may have spent months acheiving just a
few basic rudiments, and years perfecting other techniques on
their own instrument can sometimes think that someone should
just be able to step in front of a mic & emote with the best of
them.
I guess a few lucky ones can - just as there is that rare
instrumental prodigy who can do the same - but for the most
part, singing requires some woodshedding, too.

as anyone heard of where someone
is in a recording studio & just picks up a complex instrument
totally unfamiliar to them & nails a great take (no, I'm not
talking about a bass player doing a cowbell track - the voice
is a complex instrument). Anyone ever hear of this sort of
thing happening? If so, I'm sure it's the rare exception & not
the norm.

Why should the voice be any different?

NeilThis really is more of a pissing match than anything else, and won't really
effect anyone. The Spamhaus guys say (I think correctly) that the Illinois
court has no jurisdiction to make the order and refused to contest it. So
the judge didn't have a lot of options.

Also, there are other ways to get spam blacklists, including other ways to
get the Spamhaus list. Trust me, if my spam trap suddenly quits working 'There's
this court case in Illinois' is not going to cut it with the powers that
be in my office.
