dbI use FLAC encoding for most of my CD rips. Depends on the material but usually
the file size is cut nearly in half. Better than nothing.

to massive computer (and financial) troubles.
Me and Swen have received an offer from a licensing company. These guys have
had real success placing local artists with film, TV shows, and TV advertising,
replete with royalties and all the rest. We are excited, though the legal
process is taking way too long for our taste.
We had a major electrical storm last week, and I've got a fried computer.
I know for a fact that the power supply is dead. I got it tested today.
Anybody got a relatively recent Pentium motherboard buildout for Paris? Just
in case the motherboard is fried? I'd love to have four PCI slots, but that's
getting rare, I know.
Perhaps I still have a good motherboard, but I won't know until I have my
new power supply.
It's getting h

JimmyHey Jimmy - sorry no recommendations on the motherboard, but I wanted to say
congrats on the licensing offer! Keep us posted.
I'm sure someone will have a Paris-compatible board recommendation.

>Hi Dimitrios,
I'll look into the mix option - I think that is a good idea, but it won't
happen soon because it involves DSP coding in Ensoniq assembler - out of
my league at present.
As for the latency plug, why not just use sampleslide? Each EDS card can
only have 16 effects at once. Using one of them for something that can be
done so well by a dx plugin sounds like a waste to me. Perhaps a stereo
one would make sense...
I'm glad you like the plug. I'm reading about WDM drivers right now. I'd
love to fix the ADAT card bug in Windows XP. As always, no promises, though.
:)
All the best,

I have donated and will donate more after what's happening here with
