I did a ton of debugging last night, and I'm almost positive that I tracked
it down to a timing problem in adat.dll. adat.dll was never updated as part
of the update to the PSCL that was released with the driver. Also, it returns
error code 7, which means that something timed out while it was waiting for
the module to respond - it probably didn't wait long enough. let's hope
that's all it is.

Draw a couple of lines in the patchbay, patch a few cables

personally but it will serve your purpose for multiple ins for
monitoring.
