A few months ago I bought a Virtua Via PCIe to PCI expansion chassis for my=
new MacPro 8x3GHz to run my PCI UAD cards.<BR>
The reason why the VV box doesn´t work properly with more than one UA=
D cards is because of a weak powersupply. The included external PSU delivers=
12V/3A and unfortunately the maximum rating of the internal (on the card) 5=
V step-down switching regulator (2596) is also limited to 3A. So using a hig=
her power rating 1
