interesting discoveries - but yes, it's invaluable to have less-frequent
posters "step forward and be counted". I just did it the way I did because a
nose-count was necessary and I reckoned doing it that way would give results
I could be fairly confident in. Knowing how many current users there are is
of immense use in organizing larger efforts, and the more names we have on
that list the more power we have as a community.

You can also make a new blank project and import the 2 tracks and process
in Paris but it is generally much easier in Sound Forge or Wavelab because
you can make a montage with all the songs on an album, set relative levels
of songs and do fades.

johnThat amp should not be breaking up. Are you sure you're not overdriving the
Input to it? Crank the amp up full and then slowly turn the output of your
